About the introductory workshop

MANAGE YOUR EMOTIONS BY CONTROLLING YOUR BREATHING

We have designed this free workshop because we want you to 
have a personal approach with conscious breathing before taking the 
Art of Breathing Course. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take a meditation guided by an instructor that will take you to live a 
    moment of inner peace and stillness.
  • Know some of the breathing techniques that will be practiced 
    in the course.
  • Learn tips to relax and be able to enjoy what you do more.
